The Journey of Rememberance
Born in London, my early career was defined by the relentless, fast-paced world of corporate banking. While I navigated the heights of material success, I felt an undeniable hollowness beneath the surface—a disconnection from my true self and the emotional world I had suppressed for so long. I knew there was more: more depth, more purpose, more life.
In 1999, I answered a soul-deep calling. I left the city behind, traveling through the USA and Australia before choosing to settle in the breathtaking landscapes of Aotearoa, New Zealand. It was in the alpine stillness of Queenstown that my connection with nature truly awakened. In the rhythm of the seasons—snowboarding through winters and hiking mountain peaks in the summer—I finally found the slowness my soul had craved.
For many years, I carried the invisible weight of unhealed trauma. It was through the transformative power of stillness, deep inner inquiry, and the sacred frequencies of Sound and Reiki that the shift finally occurred. This was my ‘coming home.’
Today, I hold space for thousands of others to experience that same reconnection. Having facilitated over 500 group journeys and a decade of private energy work, I believe that sound is not just medicine—it is a bridge to our highest potential.
