This carefully curated session with Maria, Kylie and Julie offers a powerful opportunity to release stress, tension, and stored heavy emotions, while creating space for healing, clarity, and inner peace.
Crystal Sound Bowl Healing Session
Replenish your mind, body, and soul at our monthly sound journey on 6th Oct from 7:15 pm to 8:45 pm at the Papanui Spiritual Centre. Facilitated by Certified Sound Practitioner Maria Romero, this transformative evening uses crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes to help you release stress, clear energy blocks, and enter a state of deep peace. Tickets are $25, but spots are limited and often sell out, so please book early as there are no door sales. Just bring a blanket, pillow, and water bottle to enjoy this beautiful reset.
Sound Journey for Parents and Children 5pm
Our Parent & Child Sound Journeys are always incredibly popular during the school holidays. These special sessions give parents and children the opportunity to slow down, relax and enjoy a beautiful moment of stillness and connection together. ✨
Maria has facilitated many Sound Journeys for children and teens, including sessions in Christchurch high schools, and is always amazed by how naturally young people respond. The gentle healing sounds help calm busy minds, regulate the nervous system, reconnect with the body and encourage deep relaxation.

Becoming a Conscious Co-Parent Javier Ugas is a formally trained coach, father and passionate advocate for conscious co-parenting and wellbeing.
Drawing on his professional training, personal experience and years of involvement in men’s wellbeing, Javier supports separated and divorced parents to build healthier relationships with themselves, their co-parent and, most importantly, their children.
He believes separation doesn’t have to mean the end of a healthy family dynamic. Through greater awareness, responsibility, communication and personal growth, parents can continue to show up positively for their children.
As a father himself, Javier is particularly passionate about helping men develop greater emotional awareness and presence, and become the fathers and co-parents they want to be.
